Pu-erh is a classic Chinese fermented tea that is abundant in antioxidants and health properties, as well as a full, robust flavor.
These Pu-erh Tuo Cha cakes come in a familiar bird's nest shape, and are perfectly sized for steeping without needing to be broken apart.
1 cake per 16oz water @ 205˚F, 2-3 minutes
NOTE: Be sure to rinse pu-erh teas - pour water over cake, let sit for 30 seconds, then drain. Pu-erh Tuo Cha can be re-steeped (in fact the flavor is often best on the 2nd or 3rd steeping)
